Delivery Information

Delivery is free everywhere in the UAE, with no minimum order value. Delivery time depends on your area.

Standard areas — 1–2 working days

Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Abu Dhabi city, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah city and Fujairah city.

Orders placed before 20:00 (GMT+4) on a working day are usually processed and dispatched the same day.

Extended areas — 7–10 working days

Some locations are served on a scheduled route rather than a daily one, so delivery to them takes longer:

• Hatta
• Liwa
• Sila (Ghweifat)
• Other remote locations in the Al Dhafra region and the UAE islands

If your delivery address falls within an extended area, we will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the delivery date before dispatch. Delivery to these areas is still free.

Large carpets

Sizes from 200 × 300 cm upwards are delivered rolled and may be scheduled for a specific time slot so that someone can receive them. We will agree the slot with you before dispatch.
