- The item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Car mats (all variants) due to the nature of the product, including hygiene, usage, and universal fit characteristics
- Sale items and gift cards
- Certain handcrafted items (e.g., Afghan Collection), which may include natural variations and are not considered defects
Product-Specific Notes (Car Mats)
Our car mats are:
- Made from threaded carpet material (not printed surfaces)
- Designed as universal-fit products, not custom-fit for specific vehicles
- Subject to minor color variations due to lighting and screen differences
By purchasing, customers acknowledge and accept these product characteristics.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours with clear photos.
If the issue is verified as a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we will offer a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Exchanges
